Vaguely Detailed

I didn't spend a ton of thime with this app. As a licensed massage therapist, I went right to what was most relevent: Massage. I realize that you can only put so much info into a free app. I'd rather a very general overview of massage than what I read on this app. "It is thought to promote healing by improving circulation of blood and stimulating the lyphatic system". Really? Are those the only reasons massage is thought to promote health? Are there other systems that massage engages? "It involves lying on a couch, undressed to the underwear". Well, it COULD happen like that, but that's not what massage "involves". And is it a couch or a massage table? If I used this app to inform me, I'd be picturing my session taking place next to the loveseat and between the end tables.

The same sort of "detail" is included in the few other entries for the modalities I checked. Nice presentation, pretty app, but worse than useless: it actually MIS-informs people.
